All companies, organizations and research institutions etc. involved in construction, architecture, design, urban development and digitization are able to become members of BLOXHUB.
Members have the right to attend the General Meetings and to vote. At the Annual General Meeting the Board is elected. The General Meeting constitutes the supreme authority of the Association. Each member company has one vote.
Members pay a membership fee, which is set by the Board before the end of August for the following calendar year.
Resignation requires written notice three months before the end of the calendar year.
Members have no liability.
Members regularly receive BLOXHUB’s newsletter which contains news and offers for members.
Members’ names and logos may be published on BLOXHUB’s member list.
