SUMMARY:Danish-German Innovation Lab: Workshop #2
DESCRIPTION:In November last year we hosted the Kick Off Event of our ongoing collaboration with Factory Hammerbrooklyn called The Danish-German Innovation Lab. The collaboration aims to foster partnerships\, share and disseminate knowledge\, and create the best innovation environment for co-creating urban solutions and exchange across the Danish-German border. \nNow The Danish-German Innovation Lab is back with it’s second event and workshop\, this time at Factory Hammerbrooklyn in Hamburg. The topic of the workshop is Healthy City\, and participants will get to work hands-on together with Hafencity Hamburg Gmbh on the new district Grasbrook. The workshop will centre on the four different themes: mobility\, building\, urban space\, and community. \nBLOXHUB and Factory Hammerbrooklyn will continue to host innovation workshops on a biyearly basis\, in order to connect our ecosystems and ensure a strong collaboration across the Danish-German border. SUMMARY:Værdiskabelse gennem samarbejde i byggeriet
DESCRIPTION:Byggeprojekter er ofte konfliktfyldte og koster danske virksomheder mange penge. Det kan og skal vi gøre bedre. Derfor inviterer BLOXHUB sammen med LivingLean til 1/2 dags workshop med formålet at identificere og diskutere greb\, der understøtter kulturændring og fremmer udviklingen af et ”win win” samarbejde for hele værdikæden i byggeprojektet. \nMed afsæt i en aktuel case vil vi på workshoppen dykke ned i\, hvad et samarbejde kan og bør indeholde. Sammen vil vi søge svar på\, hvordan et byggeprojekt kan organiseres\, så konflikter minimeres og det værdiskabende samarbejde styrkes. Workshoppen skal således munde ud i en række konkrete input til; Hvordan de forskellige aktører holder samarbejdet på sporet i projekterings- og udførelsesfasen\, og hvordan de kan tilpasse sig en mere åben\, dialogbaserede og løsningsorienteret tilgang til byggeriets processer\, både før og efter første spadestik. \nWorkshoppen organiseres af BLOXHUB som en faciliteret proces med en blanding af gruppeøvelser og -diskussioner samt inspirationsoplæg.
