Together with WE BUILD DENMARK, The Danish Embassy in Stockholm, and PropTech Denmark, BLOXHUB would like to invite you to a workshop on sustainable renovation and facility management.
We will welcome a Swedish delegation of decision-makers from Helsingborgs-Hem, Riksbyggen, Örebro Bostäder, Stena Fastigheter, and Familjebostäder Stockholm, who are here on a two-day trip to discuss energy renovation and sustainable facility management of affordable housing buildings and take a deep dive into the challenge of:
How can we sustainably renovate and manage affordable housing facilities and deliver on housing quality, climate goals, energy requirements, and economic budgets?
Cutting-edge technology solutions with a documented high impact on reducing CO2 emission are often expensive with a long RoI perspective. Consequently, these solutions often fall due to budget restraints. An important challenge in securing the most effective energy renovation of buildings is therefore to develop new financing mechanisms and contract models, which can increase the incentives for investing in the most CO2-reducing technologies.
The workshop will be a facilitated process with a mix of inspirational talks, interdisciplinary group discussions, and co-creation sessions.
