Michela and Jack join the board under the Chairpersonship of Helle Søholt, Gehl Founder & CEO
We are delighted to welcome two new members to the BLOXHUB board: Michela Magas and Jack Renteria. Each brings a wealth of international expertise and a strong commitment to shaping more sustainable, people-centered cities.
Michela Magas joins the board as our new international representative, succeeding Indy Johar. Michela is an innovation catalyst, founder of Music Tech Fest, and chair of the board and Director of Research at the Industry Commons Foundation. Her pioneering work at the intersection of art, science, and technology has helped redefine cross-sector innovation and promote more inclusive and collaborative ecosystems. We extend our warmest thanks to Indy Johar for his valuable contributions in guiding BLOXHUB’s strategic direction and advancing our shared agendas over the last four years.
Jack Renteria joins as the first board member representing BLOXHUB’s personal members — an important milestone in strengthening our community. Jack is an experienced business developer and strategic advisor, known for his leadership in the development of new residential concepts such as co-living and Build-To-Rent. Through roles including co-chair of the ULI Europe Living Concepts Product Council and Chair of ULI Denmark, Jack has connected key stakeholders across sectors to rethink urban living and develop innovative housing solutions.
With Michela and Jack on board, we look forward to expanding our global perspective and deepening our engagement with our growing member community.
