How Can We Make Regenerative Construction a Reality?

Join us for an inspiring afternoon in Members Lounge marking the launch of a new guide to regenerative construction by ATV – The Danish Academy of Technical Sciences.

Meet some of the leading voices in construction, architecture, research and civic innovation as they discuss how we move from ambition to practice.

Regenerative construction is about moving beyond “doing less harm” and instead designing and building in ways that actively support climate action, biodiversity, and human well-being. At this event, ATV will present concrete recommendations on how to turn the ambition of regenerative construction into practice.

The recommendations are presented in a guide titled Regenerative Construction. It points both to long-term goals and to concrete actions that can be tested in practice in a sector with high resource consumption and climate impact.

Together with an exceptionally strong panel, we will discuss the necessary actions, transformations and practices we need to leave behind in order to reach the goal of a building sector that is a positive force for the planet’s ecosystems.
