Housing on Wegovy – Will We Live Smaller in the Future?

We want to live large – but should we live smaller? What does a sustainable lifestyle look like, and who needs to change?

We still dream of more square metres, extra rooms, and plenty of space. Our homes are closely tied to our identity and our idea of the good life. But what happens to those dreams when sustainability requires us to think differently?

As the demands of the green transition intensify, housing becomes not only a question of buildings, but also of lifestyle. How much space do we really need? Are we willing to make sacrifices, or are our ambitions greater than our actions? And does the responsibility lie with individuals, or with the structures, habits, and expectations that shape our housing choices?

A lifestyle expert, a representative of the younger generation, and voices from the real estate sector invite the audience into a debate that leaves room for self-irony, recognition, and disagreement – moderated by cultural commentator and journalist Anne Sophia Hermansen.

Throughout the session, the audience will be challenged to reflect on their own choices and habits. After all, if your home had to go on a diet, what would you cut first?
