Please join us for BLOXHUB’s Annual General Meeting and Social Jazz Bar on May 3, 2022.
Annual General Meeting at 3 pm:
All BLOXHUB members are invited and have the right to vote. It is possible to participate and vote both physically and virtually.
Program:
- Election of Moderator
- BLOXHUB’s activities in 2021
- Presentation of Annual Report
- Proposals submitted by the Board or members
- Proposals for amendments to the Articles
- Election of Board Members
- Election of Auditor
Social Jazz Bar at approx. 4 pm:
After the Annual General Meeting, you can join our bar and socialize with other members, while the band Testmann Jazz will entertain us. Testmann Jazz consist of five highly experienced jazz musicians, who master the best from ”The Great American Songbook” as well as Latin American rhythms. Be ready for some really swinging music!
