Festival for the Future

Festival for the Future
City Hall Copenhagen
At the end of September a time portal is opening up in Copenhagen, a gateway to a 2030 were the place is thriving and the wellbeing of all people and the health of the whole planet is respected and cared for.
Over the weekend of September 27th and 28th, in City Hall in the centre of Copenhagen, we will be making Danish history. For the first time in the history of our remarkable city, we will be opening a time portal for the people of the city to travel in. We will be tearing the fabric of time, and you’re invited to join us.
Join us for a weekend where imagination meets action, and where Copenhagen rehearses the future it wants to create.
The festival features five separate events. Read more and sign up for each event below. While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend registering in advance to secure your spot.

Imagination Activist training
On Sunday morning, Phoebe Tickell will be opening a portal to the regenerative future through the transformative practice of imagination activism. Step into methodologies that help communities envision worlds where all beings thrive, using insight and compassion rather than conflict and blame. You’ll experience Future Assembly processes that bring the voices of future generations into present decisions, learn Interspecies Council techniques for including more-than-human perspectives, and discover how to become an “imaginal cell” – building tomorrow’s world from within today’s systems.
IMAGINATION ACTIVIST TRAINING POSTPONED
We’re very sorry to share that due to illness, the Imagination Activist Training event on Sunday morning has been postponed. A new date will be announced soon.
