Come join us as we celebrate International Yoga Day with a rejuvenating morning of yoga.
This worldwide event, observed on the 21st of June as the International Day of Yoga (but celebrated on the 15th at BLOXHUB) aims to raise awareness about yoga’s benefits to our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
This year Taruna Arora – an esteemed Hatha Yoga teacher from India associated with the Indian Embassy, will lead a free yoga session at BLOXHUB.
During this yoga session, you will have the opportunity to learn a breathing technique that alleviates anxiety and give you a deep sense of peace throughout the day. The practice can be done on your own afterward.
Taruna Arora, with her extensive background in yoga, having completed our 1,700 hours of theoretical and practical training, is dedicated to sharing the ancient wisdom of yoga with the world. Regular yoga practice is said to enhance your flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, and stress reduction. A perfect antidote for those of us with an office or desk job.
No prior yoga experience is required to participate, but please note that we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat!
Water to keep you hydrated throughout the session will be provided.
