Practical information
We start at 08:00 sharp, so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and stay warm in. The session combines calm and light movement – no sweat, no pressure.
🧘♀️ The session is guided by certified and experienced yoga teacher Tina Maria – you may already know her as the Community Manager of SQUARE.
