The Built Environment Just Transition Accelerator (BEJTA) is an IHRB Nordic initiative designed as a multi-stakeholder, multiyear effort to drive systemic change within Denmark’s built environment sector. Recognising the urgent need to address climate change and social inequality in construction and real estate, BEJTA brings together key stakeholders – industry leaders, financial institutions, labour unions, tenant unions, and civil society organisations – to foster dialogue, align priorities, and co-develop solutions integrating climate action with social justice.
IHRB Nordic and BLOXHUB invite you to the official kick-start event for this crucial initiative, marking the first step in our collaborative journey. The workshop consist of facilitated discussions, co-creation processes and inspirational talks by Andreia Fidalgo – Europe Programme Manager, IHRB Nordic; Cathrine Bloch Veiberg – Head of Human Rights and Social Sustainability, UN Global Compact Network Denmark and Cornelia Jacobsen – Strategic Project Manager, BLOXHUB.
