Helle Søholt
Helle co-founded Gehl with Prof. Jan Gehl in 2000. Jan Gehl retired in 2011. Helle has developed Gehl to be a global recognized leader on Urban Strategy and Design, with offices in Cph, NY, and SF and a networked organization also working from Germany, Portugal, Spain and Dubai. Gehl is a member of the kyu collective.

Jørgen Bardenfleth
Jørgen has 25 years of experience as General Manager of U.S. tech companies HP, Intel and Microsoft. Prior Jørgen spend almost 10 years in California and R&D in tech companies. Currently, Jørgen is the Chairman of growth house/research park Symbion A/S housing more than 700 start-ups in 6 locations in Greater Copenhagen, and on the board of business accelerator Accelerace, 3D consulting and solution provider CN3 and BIM Genetics among others.

Lennie Clausen
Lennie is Head of Program with responsibility for strategy, projects, and activities within the fields of housing, innovation, and sustainability in the built environment. He has a background as a researcher at the Technical University of Denmark and BUILD, Aalborg University within Construction Management, Building Economics, and Innovation in the Construction Industry.

Michela Magas
Michela Magas is an innovation catalyst, founder of Music Tech Fest, and chair of the Industry Commons Foundation, working at the intersection of art, science, and advanced technology. She has pioneered new models for creative innovation ecosystems, bridging disciplines and industries to enable transformative change. Michela has advised the European Commission on innovation policy, contributed to UN initiatives, and served as innovation adviser to several national governments. Her work empowers cross-sector collaboration and supports the development of distributed, open, and inclusive innovation infrastructures.

Lene Dammand Lund
Lene has been Rector of the Royal Danish Academy since April 2012. After working with Danish and international design studios, Lene Dammand Lund was editor of the Danish architecture journal Arkitekten (1995-2002). She has also served as managing director of SLA Landscape architecture (2006-12). Among other boards and honorary posts, she is member of The 2030-Panel, an advisory body established by the Danish Parliament's All Party Coalition, and The Architects pension.

Jack Renteria
Jack Renteria is a business developer and strategic advisor specializing in new residential concepts such as coliving and Build-To-Rent. He co-created Kaktus Towers coliving and led Living By Alfa, shaping user-centered living solutions. As co-chair of the ULI Europe Living Concepts Product Council and Chair of ULI Denmark, Jack unites investors, developers, and operators. Previously, he led international business development at 3XN and advised architecture firms globally. Canadian/Danish, he has advanced Danish interests across Europe, Asia, and North America for nearly 15 years.

Anders Thusgaard
Anders has been Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Business, Industry, and Financial Affairs since April 2021, where he is responsible for a range of policy areas, including green strongholds, creative businesses, and tourism. He is a member of The Danish Board of Business Development, a member of the board of directors of Creative Denmark, and represents the Ministry of Business, Industry, and Financial Affairs in the Partnership of Danish Architecture Center.

Kasper Guldager Jensen
Kasper is an architect and current co-founder of Home Earth. He has written books on Cradle to Cradle, Circular Economy, and Doughnut Economics.
Kasper is also teaching and has been guest professor in architecture at university of Aarhus, Delft, Munich, Calgary, and Washington.
In his past Kasper also co-founded GXN the innovation company of 3XN architects and the wild nature company Urban Green.
Kasper currently sits in the board of the Eco-Innovation for the Danish Ministry of Environment and is front person for the development of European standards for circular construction.

Nanna Westerby Jensen
Nanna is director of planning in the Finance Administration at the City of Copenhagen.
Nanna is responsible for a broad range of areas spanning from the execution, maintenance, and administration of buildings, through the Municipal plan to the Megaevent Strategy of Copenhagen.
She has also worked as head of division for the lord mayor’s office, been a part of the management team in the Think Tank Cevea and been member of the Danish Parliament from 2007-2011.

Anders Bengtsson
Anders is head of Innovation Hub North with EIT Urban Mobility, working on sustainable mobility and creating livable urban spaces. Here he is developing project both in Nordics, Baltics and Europe.
He is working/has worked at the Department of Sustainable Growth with the City of Lund and the Region of Skåne on tech solutions and citizen nudging approaches.
ORGANIZATION
BLOXHUB was founded on June 3, 2016, by Realdania, the City of Copenhagen and the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs. It is a non profit member association for companies, research institutions, organizations and municipalities.
The BLOXHUB association is agile and comprises a board, a secretariat and two categories of membership: the ones who live here and the community members.
