BLOXHUB members can include individuals, companies, organizations or research institutions involved in fields working within sustainable urbanization.
Members have the right to attend and vote at general meetings. At the Annual General Meeting, the Board is elected. The General Meeting constitutes the supreme authority of the Association. Each company member has ten votes, and each individual member has one vote.
Members pay a membership fee, which is set by the Board before the end of September for the following calendar year.
Resignation requires written notice one month before the end of the calendar year.
Members have no liability.
Members regularly receive BLOXHUB’s newsletter which contains news and offers for members.
Company members’ names and logos may be published on BLOXHUB’s member list.
