Circularity represents the most viable option to drastically and rapidly reduce emissions associated with the real estate sector. But despite advances in recent year, most initiatives are limited to pilot projects, or focused on ESG requirements. Can circularity be a truly integral part of the core business strategies of the main decision makers? And if so, how can we support that process?
