On July 1, the world’s largest cycling race comes to the world’s best cycling city – Copenhagen. Tour de France 2022 starts with a 13 km individual time trial, and they make their way past BLOX. On this special occasion, we invite members and collaboration partners to cheer on the tour participants, pay a tribute to sustainable mobility solutions, to network and enjoy cooling refreshments under what hopefully will be a cloudless sky with radiant sunshine.

Mobility as a Catalyst for Healthy Cities /EVENT NO.I

While we wait for the Tour de France’s Grand Départ time trial race to pass by BLOX, we invite you to take a bird´s-eye view of how climate-friendly mobility can be a catalyst for healthier and better cities. The event will be an opportunity for our mobility members to join a high-level network of proactive city leaders within sustainable mobility in a session featuring informative, useful, and direct knowledge sharing.

And in the competitive spirit of Tour De France, we celebrate excellence among city mobility frontrunners with the coveted jerseys:
Green jersey: Is awarded for accelerating sustainable mobility
Dotted jersey: Is awarded for overcoming the most daring mobility challenges
Yellow jersey: Is awarded for the mobility projects with the greatest impact.

Tour de France – Grand DéParty / EVENT NO.II

Alpe d’Huez, Champs-Élysées – and this year BLOX! When the Tour de France Grand Départ time trial race will take on the streets of Copenhagen and rush through the BLOX building, we’ll invite our members to experience this legendary cycling race firsthand with one of the best views in town. While you take in the high-paced action, we’ll serve French fare and drinks to accompany soaking up the atmosphere and celebrate this special occasion.

PROGRAM
16.00 The Grand Départ: Watch the Grand Départ from one of the big screens at the BLOXHUB members lounge, from our rooftop terrace or from our meeting rooms overlooking the time trial course, or mingle in the crowd on the street.
19.00 The French Dîner: Indulge in stand-up friendly food and drinks that will allow you to still keep an eye on the action.
19.30-22.00 The Grand Départy: Together with your fellow BLOXHUB members, enjoy the evening sun on the terrace, groove to the beat of the DJ or simply take in the atmosphere as the people of Copenhagen make the most celebrated cycling race in the world a memory to remember.
