As part of our collective responsibility to combat climate change, small and medium-sized cities play a crucial role. Therefore, it is essential to establish and strengthen relationships and knowledge exchange within local innovation ecosystems to enhance our capacity for planning, implementing, and scaling net-zero solutions.
The project ‘SMC NetZero’ is an ambitious initiative designed to support this transformation by providing tools and guidelines that can assist small and medium-sized cities in reducing their carbon footprint through decarbonization.
In the project’s first phase, a market analysis was conducted, with contributions from cities and businesses. The results have now been analyzed, and we would like to share them with you in an online workshop. In addition to the conclusions, the workshop will explore some exciting examples that can support the implementation of net-zero solutions.
The workshop lasts 1.5 hours, and it is possible to participate either on 11 Sep. at 13:30-15:00 or 14 Sep. at 14:30-16:00.
