Validation of installations is often done manually and it only rarely gives a correct picture for the subsequent operation. This can result in extra expenses, delays, and a bad indoor climate because buildings are being used without the necessary adjustments.
Development of technology that can prove and document the technical performance of buildings, providing an automated solution. The solution likewise makes it possible to detect time-dependent technical problems.
The solution is the development of several cloud-based algorithms that automatically validates requirements for the technical installations of building owing to IoT sensors. The sensors collect operation data, which can then be used as documentation for the required tests for e.g., functionality.
Automated functionality testing reduces the costs of building work, which enables more testing and thereby a reduction in energy consumption and problems with indoor climate. Furthermore, the solution makes it possible to test continuously in operation and detect problems with installations.
